Dear Mr. Mehrholz, Most of the time companies receive letters of complaint. I feel if a company does a great job, it should be noted. I purchased a new furnace from your company. It was installed on September, 15, 2004. I was very impressed with the professional manner in which I was handled by your employees. Your Sales Manager, Mr. Gary Krakowski, really sold me by the professional way he entered my home and showed me exactly what I needed, plus what it would cost. (I obtained five other statements, and none of the other people were as gracious as Gary.) The two gentlemen who came into my home to install the furnace, Mr. Gary Tayler and his son, could not have been nicer or more professional. The work they performed was outstanding. Dear Rick, As you know we were in the marketplace for a new furnace. This is a kind of a purchase connsumers do not make very often as a single item so there can be a lot of questions given all the new technology. I had a lot of questions: what is the best the most cost efficient when it comes to energy consumption in both gas and electricity: what is the best complimentary cooling system and what are seers; is it wise to stay with freon or should we go with puron and on and on. You and your people were patient and gracious in answering all the questions that may seem routine to you and yet can be confusing to the consumer. You and your staff took your time to explain the differences in all the different furnaces in the marketplace and the importance of having the right capacity for the size house you need to heat and cool. When it came time to install our unit, you said it would go smoothly, which it did. The people who work with AllTemp were very professional and did a great job in cleaning up after the installation. Would I recommend you? Without hesitation. We had the chance to talk with a lot of other firms representing many different manufactures. They were all good people but we chose your company because of the service we received and the price you gave. I was very aware of all the personal effort you put into this project and I greatly appreciate it. We wish you and the people who work with AllTemp the best and I am sure who ever chooses your company in the future will realize the company installing the system is a critical part of the decision. Dear Gentlemen: I wanted to drop you a line to let you know that the installation of my new central air conditioning system, and the upgrade of my heating system to a new boiler was completed last. That in itself is important, and I would like to thank you Ed, for helping us to achieve this goal as quickly and painlessly as possible. Also, I would like to take a moment to express my thanks to the crew who spent 4 days making all this happen, and without so much as one hitch. Gary, who was the foreman of our crew, was superb to work with. He made the effort seem like a walk in the park, was courteous, informative, and reassuring at all times. He and his crew consisting of Donny and Tommy, went about their work in a very professional manner. They kept me informed at all times what the installation schedule would be and how they would go about doing the installation work. I was also impressed at how Gary and his people paid special attention to keeping the job "clean". Gary made sure that protective covers were down on rugs to protect against debris from old parts being removed, and they spent a significant amount of time sweeping and vacuuming up after themselves each day - something I don't often see. So, in short, please put this letter of thanks into Gary's file, and drop a copy off with him if you would. To whom it may concern, On June 23rd, 2000 we had an All Temp air conditioning job completed. I just had to sit down and send you a complimentary letter concerning two of your young employees namely Joe and Peter. Those two young men were a pleasure to have working in our home. They were very courteous and anything my husband or I asked them to do, or answer any of our questions they were very obliging. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. Usually young people have tendency to get quite huffy with older people. Not so with these two. We know the both of them will go far in their field. Once more it was a pleasure having Joe and Peter install our air conditioning. They worked very hard because of the hot weather and this job consisted of installing the unit in our attic crawl space and believe me the temperatures were in the high 80's. Ed, I had a chance to go to my Cress Creek house during this last weekend and observed your recent air conditioning installation. I want to congratulate your installation crew on doing a fine job. If the equipment holds up as well as the installation, it should be around for a long time. Even though the air filter installation in my current home was somewhat difficult, your crew also did a great job.
