HUMIDIFIER MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST
- Confirm operation
- Check humidistat
- Check for proper voltage, high and low
- Check all wiring and connections
- Repair any loose, burnt or frayed wiring
- Check all water tubing connections, and tighten any loose connections
- Change evaporator pad
- Clean orifice at solenoid
- Check solenoid for proper operation
- Clean water pan or collector tray
- Check for proper drainage
- Check humidifier level and pitch on duct
- Check amp draw on induction motor (if applicable)
- Check saddle valve for proper operation
- Finally cycle humidifier
